Come join in the fun! Check out the sample. AMuse papers will be used to cover the book with your choice of papers up to the instructor. Please bring a craft knife, cutting board and a paper piercing tool (awl) to class.

Each month we will try different ideas & techniques and sample the newest inchie stamps.

Description:

Eraser Carving: make your own stamps / Elaine Woodhouse / $30

Learn the basic principles of eraser carving, including what tools to use, how to transfer images, and how to carve simple designs. You will create several carved stamps in class. Students will also have an opportunity to share stamped images in a take-home handmade mini book that will serve as a class memento!

Instructor Elaine Woodhouse, has been carving her own line of art stamps designs since 1999 when she formed her company 'CarvedStamps'. She also majored in printmaking at college in England 'way back when'.
